non occupancy
I own a flat in mumbai and i want to lease out my flat to someone.
The society is refusing on two grounds
1. The society by AGM resolution does not allow leasing out flats
2. If they do allow they are asking for a intrest free security deposit of 4 lakhs refundale at the end of tenure.
Also, they are asking for police verification certificate etc.
Is it compulsory and should I pay because i will benefit even if i do pay a security deposit
