Re: relationship between rti & constitution
Article 21 of the Constitution of India deals with protection of life and personal liberty and states "No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law."
In case where the fundamental rights of any person under Article 21 are endangered, information through RTI can be obtained within 48 hours. In other cases the corresponding time limit is 30 days.

Re: relationship between rti & constitution
As per the section 23 of RTI Act 2005 "No court shall entertain any suite , application or other proceeding in rescept of any order made under this act and no such order shall be called in question otherwise than by way of an appeal under this act"
As the constitutional act is suprime, can we file write petition under constitutional provision article no.225 & 226.against the decision of second appeal.

Re: relationship between rti & constitution
Such writ petitions against the orders of the CIC/SIC have already been filed by many in high courts as well as Supreme court. BTW writs are under Art 32 for Supreme Court & under Art 226 for High Courts. Art 225 does not come in the picture.
Defeat is not final when you fall down. It is final when you refuse to get up.
