Change address in Voter card without ration card

I have my voter card and ration card with old address. I went to surrender my ration card but the shop doesnt exists any more. Is it possible to change address in voter card without surrendering the ration card? What other document can I provide in place of ration card to change address in voter card? What is the procedure to change address in voter card?

Hi ..

i had submited an application for voters id for myself , and my parents .. as of nw i just got mine. The thing i want to highlight is i had filled in this application atleast thrice with the correct address but still my card does not have the correct spelling of my name and my address is incorrect ..


Is this how the govt works where aftr submitting the forms so many times i still get an incorrect spelling of my name and address being incorrect ?????

how do i get this corrected !! ???
