Dear Dr. Kushal: I tried over 20+ times and kept getting an error. So I think there's something wrong with that Image Verification screen (in which we are required to enter the digits or letters in the image across). When you get a chance you may want to check this out. Thanks. Best, -Murgie

The image verification has since been removed. Now it works without any problem.

After getting your PM, I had removed the image verification method. Let me know if there are any problems.
