Maharashtra Rules
I need to check the maharashtra RTI rules, and while i have the name and address of the PIO, i could not locate the format for RTI application anywhere.
The link http://www.rtiindia.org/guide/how-to...-rti-rules-33/ as suggested in various threads does not seem to be working.
On checking the website of SIC at Home | State Information Commission, I was appalled at the site construction. Most of the pages are ever "under construction". The first page itself is entirely in marathi, with no link to going to english version. All in all, I could not find the link to the RTI Application format there.
Could somebody please help...
And, have I missed something, or should I also be filing another RTI application to the Maharashtra SIC, for the state of affairs there?

The link provided by you is also working: http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/2370-n....html#post8213
Not only Maharashtra SIC but various other SIC's have poorly designed and maintained websites. But why only blame the SIC's, even the CIC website is slowly dropping to the same level.
