I have a pending appeal before the
CIC, now the
CIC have asked for the comments from the
PIO saying that a reply has to be sent within 10 working days. Is is mandatory for the
PIO to offer his comments on my appeal or can he wait for a personal hearing.
What if the
PIO does not submit a reply with the
CIC.
What is the next step after the
CIC receives the reply.
