information required

I have few things which I would like to have info from RTI India.
I am an Administrative Manager of a Company presently constructing in Mumbai for American Consulate Construction in BAndra Kurla Complex.

I am not getting the regular building permits and commencement certificate from MMRDA and MCGM.

After out construction has started few other projects started adjacent to our site have almost finished thier works and I believe they have statrted occuping the building also.

I would like to have some info how ICICI Bank, LIC Building and other building constructed adjacent to my site obtained their building permits.

The information you want can be available if you can ask it under the RTI Act to MCGM. However, you can get only copies of building permit/ approved plan. The 'how' part is not documented, and hence you can not get using RTI!
