The information clearly comes under section 4(1)(b) of
RTI Act. Simply ask for the staff incumbancy, which would contain all details like name, designation, scale of pay, date of joining, educational qualifications etc. This could be in a digital or print format. Some PA might be keeping them in a register / ledger form. Inspect them and seek photo copies of only those you want to. You dont have to pay hundreds of rupees for this.
