New maternity leave Hi All,
The government of India has decided to increase maternity leave for all central government women employees. An additional two years of childcare leave has also been granted.
This rule came into effect on 1st Sep. I'm looking for information on which all public companies (other than fully central government owned like BSNL, BP, ONGC, HAL etc.) who has already implemented this rule.
I tried to get this information but so far no success. Appretiate any leads/info on this topic.

You can try to seek this information under RTI from the Nodal Ministry (that is the ministry which was behind this new rule).Sponsorer
If they do not have the information of the compliance with the new rules, then the only solution is to file individual RTI's with each of the Public Authorities from whom you want this information.
