Hi, You may again move to CIC & ask CIC to give the PROPER information and for compensation as well. Remember, the system which is junked for last 60years can not run in a day. But our continuous fight will make it run. Be united, be heared. Sunil |

You should approach CIC and also pray for departmental enquiry against PIO for definace of orders of a quasi-judicial commission, penalty to PIO and also claim compensation for delay in getting the information. We shall have to keep on punching and things will definitely improve over a period of time. It takes time to change 60 year old mind frame of babus. My second suggestion is to write to head of the PA with a copy of decision of CIC and insist for disciplinary action against PIO. If no action is taken on this application in a month, file RTI application against head of PA asking for reasons for not initiating departmental enquiry. |

I would also like to add here that the commission has the power of a civil court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, while enquiring into a matter. A complaint can be made to the Commission with the request to initiate an inquiry in the matter. |

You should make a complaint under Section 18(b) to the CIC with copy to the Head of Office/Department. The PIO shall be deemed to have refused the of information in utter disregard to the Orders of CIC. |
