| Hi, I am planning to File one RTI application to PIO HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority), in their RTI procedure they stated that, "a fee of Rs 50 should be sent through DD or by cash in the office". If I will pay by POSTAL ORDERS, can PIO reject the RTI application on the grounds of MODE OF PAYMENT? or Fee by postal order will be acceptable? |
