To know about LTC rules
Please help me for describing the LTC rules as per 6th Pay commission. I am working as Assistant Professor in Central University and had applied for LTC by availing Air journey but my controlling officer has denied to avail the air journey and forced me to travel by rail. Let me know whether LTC advance can be taken or not? Whats the proper way to clarify about the LTC entitlements from my office?
