Refund of Golden Forests India Investment

I want to know the present status of Golden Forest India Limited for its refund/Maturity of investment. I submitted the post dated cheque to the committee as it was desired by them. Now I have no proof of claim. How can I know the registration of claim with the committee. Please do the needful.

I invested Rs.25,000/- in this company in the year 1996. The company winded up next year. I complained in Security Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for refund of my invested money. Till now I have not got my monet back.
Please suggest how to get my money back.

I have invested Rs. 1,00,000+2000/- in Golden Forest and Deposited my Origional Documents on Court order.I want to know that whether Money can be refunded and How much time it may take.
