Refund from IRCTC
Dear Sirs,
I need to know to whom I should approach for claiming refund from irctc. More than 4 months have passed away and I am not getting any sufficient reply from IRCTC regarding my claim. Details are as below-

Please note that we have received your mail and your refund will be processed through TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt). Refund under this category is processed by the railways under the present commercial rules and this process takes minimum 90 days or more. Once the refund is received from the railways the balance will be credited to your account.

Re: Refund from IRCTC
Pl search IRCTC in this portal under search on green band on top of this page. U will get all the guidance for invoking RTI for delay. U may also refer:Sponsorer

Central Govt appln:

You need to file RTI appln with the CPIO of Indian Railway. All divisional mangers of IR are CPIO. U can visit RTI link in website of IR. IRCTC is intimidiary to pay U when they get amount from IR. Hence follow up with IR.
