Sir, My cousins house is going under SRA SCHEME and various builders /agents are contacting them with different stories !!! Can you please guide me to know where to contact who is right builder authorised , who owns land & is plan is approved?? Thanks, Pallav     |

You can first get the details of Property from City Survey office if you can find CTS NO. and get copy of Property Card to know the Owner of Land. You hen can go to Building Proposal Dept of your area Municipal Office one is at Kandivali and another at bandra to check if the plans are submitted |
