Can Municipal Committee covered under RTI Act.

I live in Bahadurgarh,can I ask question under RTI Act to Municipal Committee.

Yes, Municipal Corporations are covered under RTI Act.
Please visit : Haryana — RTI Portal
to find the correct PIO to address your application.

Alternatively, you can address your application to the PIO of GAD (General Administration Department) of the Haryana Government and he will transfer the application to the correct PIO under Section 6(3).

If municipal committee is drawing its allowances from public exchequers it will be covered under the definition of public authority.
