Please file RTI Application duly affixing Rs.10/- court fee stamp, addressed to the PIO in Office of Dy.Director of Registrations of Kolhapur as well as Sindhudurg districts and request for list of registered NGOs.

Please note that NGO is a non-technical term. You will have to ask for list of charitable trusts and co-operative societies having charitable objectives, and pick your NGOs from it. There is no authority exclusively for NGOs. Some NGOs are also grgistered as limited companies, known as section 25 companies.

NGO if it is registered , it will be registered either in the forma of Trust, Societies, Clubs, Foundations etc. Many a times it will be registered in Sub Registrar office as Trust. As societies, clubs it will be Registered at Registrar of Societies.
