I have a query is Construction on 3rd Floor allowed,in Delhi?
If yes what are the norms/rules under which the construction is to be done?
More over Has Supreme finally given the decision on construction of third floor? Is it subjective to final decision on Master plan of Delhi 2021.
Does that mean the floor constructed may have to be demolished if not approved under the Construction?
Is their any kind of extra fee, that is to be paid for such construction?
How much area can be covered on the 3rd floor, considering total area to be 160 sq.yards.
If any one can help resolve these queries it will be great.
