Prabakaran ji
You can file RTI application with concerned PF office to check the status of ur claim. Please refer to the blog:http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...nd-refund.html for a suggested format.
You RTI application has to be as per Central Govt. RTI Rules & will be addressed to Central Public Information Officer (CPIO ).
RTI fee: Rs. 10 (IPO/D.D./B.C.)
Details of CPIO: RTI OFFICERS
For detailed information on how to draft & file an RTI application, please see the All About RTI links on the homepage.

PF a/c Balance: Balance can be seen in statement & you should get Annual Statement of your account from EPFO through your employer. If you are not getting it please write to the employer and PF office, where your account is maintained & send a grievance on the website:EPFO
If no reply is received in a month or so, file RTI application with PF office.
To withdraw pf money you need to fill the form no.19 (Employees's Provident Fund Scheme, 1952) and Form No.10C (Employee’s Pension Scheme, 1995)
and you can withdraw the PF deposited to your account by your previous Employer.Forms available here: EPFO
For details please see the blog/s of JPS 50 Sir & Taurus Sir on PF
