Company is not responding

Dear sir,

I worked in my previous company 2 years 4 months.Last april 25 i RELEAVED from that company.Now i am working in JAMSHEDPUR,JHARKHAND.I already given the FORMS 2 TIMES to my previous company if i called THEM they are saying i already send your FORM to PF OFFICE but STILL i dont know my FORM is REACHED or NOT i can't check because now i am in jamshedpur.Please GUIDE me HOW CAN I GET my MONEY.

1. For claim status (all India), please try here: EPF India

2. File RTI application with concerned PF office to check the status of ur claim.It ll clear the picture whether form was submitted or not.

You RTI application has to be as per Central Govt. RTI Rules & will be addressed to Central Public Information Officer (CPIO ).

RTI fee: Rs. 10 (IPO/D.D./B.C.)

3. You can submit fresh application for refund of PF duly completed & get your signature attested by:

1.Manager of a bank.
2.By any gazetted officer.
3.Member of the Central Board of Trustees./ committee/ Regional Committee (Employees'
Provident Fund Organization).
4.Magistrate/ Post/ Sub Post Master/ President of Village Panchayat/ Notary Public.
