Air Force Naval Housing Board (AFNHB) is not a PA under the RTI Act

In a decision, similar to the AWHO, the CIC has ruled that AFNHB is also not a PA under the RTI

Act.

iam sure the case has not been presented properly before the ic by the appellant.
