Help on Form 28 for obtaining No Objection Certificate
I need help in understanding the meaning of point no. 8 of the Form 28. The point says 'Period of Stay in the state'. Does it mean the period of stay in the state where the vehicle is registered or the period of stay in another state (after which the vehicle will return to its originating state).
