As i have to pursue my higher studies can i go for a disability certificate as disability is about 40%.

Hello Sir;

I need a small help of yours.
I had met with an accident couple of years ago and got a major crush injury on Right hand.
Even after number of operation the condition remains same.
Some of the symptoms are-
Crushed Little finger , ring finger 9all joints)
Pemanent bone loss PIP Middle finger and Index finger.
Loss of sensation for all these fingers.
Shortening of LF and RF etc
And also loss of prehension and strength.

I have inquired to my Ortho surgeon and he says the disability is about 40%.

As i have to pursue my higher studies can i go for a disability certificate?
Please lt eme know at the arliest so that i can apply for the same
