Prevelege Leave Encashment when an employee resigns

Dear Friends

I resigned the private limited company in New Delhi June 2008 Earlier in Before January 2008 the company is giving Earn Leave (EL) which will accumuated and it comes 43.25 then In January 2008 this EL is termed as Prevelege leave(PL). the same accounts is in processes but now i resigned from the organization and now they are not willing to pay the Prevelage Leave Encashment. Please give your suggestions.
