Rights of flat holders
Hi, everybody
I have a small question to ask I live in a stand alone building and for the last 18yrs we have not been registered by the Promoter builder as a coop or an apartment society. Recently we got to know that he has gone ahead and sold the terrace to one flat holder in the society can he do this as i have a letter given by him stating that terrace and parking is common for all flat holders in the society. The purchaser has started yoga classes on the terrace can this be allowed as it disturbs the flat below the terrace.
Thank you
sanjeev kunde
