Role of DDA vs MCD for approval of building completion In Delhi at Laxmi Nagar District Centre, for approval of completion of commercial building which department/authority of Delhi Govt. is legally responsible to approve it, whether DDA or MCD?. What is the name,address and contact details of PIO of the same?The plot was allotted by DDA for multi-storey office complex.
Which other Govt.Departments must approve/give clearance as fit for occupation? Please inform their PIO name, address and contact details. With Thanks and regards
