    Dear Deepak,

Please visit the office of the labour commissioner in your area and lodge an official complaint under acknowledgement. Since it is a Private Limited company it must also be listed with the Registrar of Companies. You can verify the balance sheet of the company by asking for inspection of company's file. To trace the file number, go the website of RoC and give the company name. It will show you the number. If you cannot analyse the balanc sheet take the copy to a professional Chartered Accountant. I think many more such irregularities shall come to light. Even at RoC you can seek inspection under rule 4 of the RTI Rules, 2005.
