One Public Authority asks another PA information under RTI Act !

Here is a strange case of one PA asking another PA, information under the RTI Act. The PA's involved are no less than the Lokayukta's Office of Assam and The Finance Department of Govt. of Assam ! Apparently, the file containg the budget allocation requests from the Lokayukta's office did not "move" in the Finance Dept. as well as "several papers" from the file were reported "lost" or "missing".

The Second Appeal was dismissed by the Assam CIC.
