Hi, We have lot of problem with our HSG Society located at Thane (W). Builder has given us the possession in April 2006 and thereafter we make monthly maintenance fee to builder. After 8 months of stay builder has handed over the property maintenance collection and signatory authority to 3 people and they have formed the committee member of 11 including us under the proposed housing society. But so far the committee has never checked or consulted us in appointing office staff / society collection / society issues. They are now charging Rs. 2 per sq. feet. We have only children play area, and a club house which builder was using as site office. The upstair of the club house is being kept as a hall and vacant. Committee has never submitted the audit report and last 8 months they never had a meeting. Majority are Gujarathis and all the authorised members are gujarathi. Now we are making the society maintenance fee to proposed society and they are providing us a consolidated bill no bifurcation of cost is mentioned in the bill. Builder is still constructing the two buildings within our society and it is going very slow and the project is dragging like anything? Will it be any time permit for the builder to vacate the society ? Pl. helo Can you please help What will be the time period of the proposed society What action can we take if the society people not submitting the account status and auditing.? So many functions / wedding ceremonies are happening in the premise. Whether this type of ceremonies are allowed without the approval from all the members? Can they charge interest on late payment maintenance charges.? Society maintenance is very poor. The people who are working in the society will only take instructions from the secretary / chairnman only. What will be time limit for the authorised signatories,. How the new members will be elected? Can we put up these issues in front of the Registrar Coop. Hs. Regards Anuroopa Sushil |
