irda licence

I cleared my licence exam on feb 2008 and have given 4 policies to the company-aviva, but till date i haver not received my licence and they are threatening to cancel my licence. How will I get my licence.

Our BGS Ngo is registered under society act 21,1860 of govt. of jharkhand,one of the most important purpose for microinsurance to do among the poor woman.
so, please guide to norms for licenced of irda for this.
