Provident fund Transfer Delay I left a company from Delhi in 2005,
since then i have submitted my PF transfer to delhi 2 times. but for last 2.5 years they have not transferred my PF.
I got a link before 6 months to know the PF transfer status but it has been lost now.
before 6 months, the status of my PF was under process since May 2006.
can u please let me know where I can file an RTI appeal against Delhi PF commission.

there is no detail about RTI avaialble on the PF website

In case you want to make an ordinary enquiry or submit a simple grievance, please visit:

In case all else has failed and you want to use RTI, please visit the following web page for details of CPIO under the RTI Act, in Delhi:
RTI_OFFICERS DETAILS
You can then call the officers and check in whose name should you make the payment of the Rs. 10.00 (application fee) and in what format is the fee accepted.
Please follow up your RTI application to its logical conclusion and do not stop once your PF is transferred and post your success here on the forum so that others are also encouraged to use the RTI Act.

Pl visit epfindia.nic.in and refer RTI icon. U will get all the required details for filing RTI appln. U can refer my blog for format of appln and also drafting questions to expedite the matter which is pending.
