Unanswered: Income tax refund from pune income tax department

Hi,

I have not yet received income tax refund for assesment year 2006-07 and 2007-08.

I am planning to file an RTI application and for that I am need following informations.

1. To which CPIO and address I have to send my application, my income tax return was filed at Ward 7(I), Pune.
2. Demand draft of rupees 10/- should be in whose favour.
3. Is there any specific RTI application form for Pune area or standard RTI application form can be used.
