Please lodge a police complaint citing the Hon'ble Delhi High Court's judgment in case of sealing of such shops. After one month seek information on the progress of the case through RTI Application.

Opening a liquor shop in a residential area will affect the people living there. It also raises the crime and nuisance levels. Ever since, the place has became unsafe for ladies and girls returning back from offices and schools.The issue involves politics ,Have a talk with the society a joint venture must be their & complaint ditect to MLA & SP and put a application in RTI India , because this a problem of Residential area you are not alone have a joint delegation and put a complaint to SP copy to Local Police Station & in RTI too, A strong protest need to stop such activities in R area.......................

Actually there are some norms ascertained by the Govt regarding opening of liquor shop as no liquor shop can be opened near worship place near high way and one of the conditions can that no liquor shop can be opened in residential area. You can demand these norms from the concerned Excise office through RTI and if you find any violation you can challenge. You can also ask about that particular shop also. So go ahead.
