Is it a flaw in RTI
I saw in a news paper that people are misusing RTI. it gave an example which says "A person used RTI to get information of his neighbor's income details and his tax payment details". My question is "Is is it really possible to get such an information?? If its possible can we say that its a flaw in RTI??"

Dear SatyanarayanaSponsorer
By asking info under RTI any citizen is exercising his/her right. PIO has full right / liberty to deny for info. Use or Misuse of the information is to be decided only after giving the information to info seeker.
Info seeker can ask for anything s/he wants to ask but PIO has to decide what has to be provided.
