I want to have Judge,s orders to Mediclaim Companies to issue CPAP machines to need patients Which at present These Mediclaim companies do not agree to give.I know there are judge,s orders in favour of patients in various Consumer courts.

If you are looking for any particular order, you can obtain its certified copies from the concerned court either through RTI or otherwise.

I want to get it through RTI as I am not able to get in online judgements search and from consumer courts.I am sure RTI can get these orders for me.

You can file your RTI application to the PIO of the concerned court. If it is a regular court, you need to follow the RTI Rules of the respective High Court. If you are referring to a consumer court the normal RTI Rules of the respective State will apply.
