Information about co-operative housing society act

Dear All,

i am staying in thane, in my co-ooperative housing society, secretary/chairman & tresurer are the only committee members and acting as if they are owner of the society,

all other committee members have left the committee since there team is neither doing any work for the society nor allowing anybody to work for the society.

since last 2 years (after selection of this committee members) no balance sheet is published nor AGM has happened,

in last month there was no security in the society, very huge water problem.

can anybody suggest me any act by which we can overcome this problem.
