Delay in the new passport application after enquiry

This is regarding the Current status of the application submitted on the 08-04-2009 Application number DEL - F009335 with the name of Faraz Rashid, I has been enquired by the police on 30 Days before, i have submitted all the require documents for the same. Current status on the web site is still showing police report pending.
Already Two months has completed.

As per Goverment policy it has precedure should be completed within 15 Days


Please do needful action for the same

i hav submit passport my renewal,Status Showing Always "OTHERS" police verification is done twice its submitted.whn i submit for renewal they told me it reaches withing 10days because its renewal still no response nothing .pls help me
