Redevelopment

sir,
i m staying in suburb n where i m staying is bunglow type coperative housing society and now society is going for redevelopment so i want to know what is the procedure of redevelopment n what documents to be sign and though we have already selected the developer for our society

so kindly please suggest wht is tht procedure of redevelopment and whta legal precaution to be taken while going for redevelopement.

Dear frenz,

Our Bldg. is in South Mumbai, and is in Diapilated condition.

We are tenants living in Paghdi system. The Owner of the bldg. doesnot want to incurr any expenditure to re-develop bldg.

He is saying that the tenants should on their own re-build the bldg. and all the expenditure should be bourne by us.

Also, there as no extra FSI is available to us,I want 2 knoe that after incurring such expenditure we will not get anything extra...

Is this proper??
