Sir, I purchased land in suburb of chennai about 15 year ago.I have title deed,land tax receipt and E.C.,However it has come to my knowledge that adjacent land owner has constructed boundary wall on my site and his site.On enquiry with the watchman posted on the site,not in position to reply about the person who is owner of the land.Now my question is how to deal with this matter to take position of my land. |
