Information regarding Unitech Residencies property

Hi,
My name is Anuj Kumar and I am planning to buy a Unitech Property in Gurgaon Haryana. I wanted to get information about the following things:

1) Has all requisite sanctions, License and permissions from the competent authorities being taken by the builder?
2) Does the property on offer has all the required completion & occupation certificates?

Whare and how can I get these information ?
