File an RTI Appl with PIO o/o BSNL with Rs.10 IPO in favour of AO , BSNL . Your postal address should be same as per BSNL records or you must send proof of your identity along with RTI Appl [ only for this type of information in pre-paid cases ] . Seek Call Data Records [ CDR ] for relevant period . BSNL preserves CDR for one year from date of origin .

BSNL will reveal the call details only to the people who are owner of that mobile number for which the call details is sought. You cannot get the call details of other's phone. Please do as Dr. Malhotra has advised.
