Need Help: Blunt reply from CPIO; Kariraji / JPS50 - help me soon

Hi Karira ji,
I followed your blog about filing RTI application for IT refund for myself and my colleagues.

One of them has got a blunt reply from the CPIO saying the refund process is in progress. Please find the CPIO reply below.

Since the income returned is under the head salaries for the A.Y 08-09 and the bifurcation of Tambaram range into two ranges viz. Salary range, Tambaram and Business range, Tambaram, the segregation of returns as salary and business is under process, the salary returns will be processsed in the salary range of tambaram after it is duly formed in the due course.

File a First appeal .

The grounds for first appeal will be:

1. PIO has not provided me any of the information I have sought in my RTI application.

Just modify the First Appeal given in my blog and incorporate the above.

Dear Vijayakumar Balasubramanian,

File First Appeal on grounds that PIO has malafidely denied information , knowingly provided incomplete information , and failed to provide information in the stipulated period. Insist on a pointwise reply to each of your queries.

Modify Kariraji's draft template accordingly.
