How is RTI helpful for pending heinous crime cases in the High Courts where the case has not been listed for last 10 yrs?
So much has been said. I have a big question here. How is RTI helpful for pending heinous crime cases in the High Courts where the case has not been listed for last 10 yrs ? Early hearing petition also gets rejected. To secure justice fo a common man is very far off.

RTI act is not going to help you in disposal of the pending cases of heinous crimes at High Court or any court of law. this act will help you to get the information of the pending cases for more than 10 years but certainly it will not help you for early disposal or hearing.you will have to go for alternative remedy either before the division bench of the said court or in Supreme Court of India.Sponsorer
