Re: non refund of PF
Dear NitinSponsorer
U had applied for transfer from one pf a/c (ICICI) in other pf a/c (CBOP) & after withdrawl U came to know that it was not transferred. If its the case
Options U have:
1. First check U had followed correct procedure for transfer, please see: PF is Not getting transferred from previous Office
2. If U have followed wrong procedure & was not transferred, leave it and submit the with drawl form for that a/c.
3. If U had followed correct procedure & was not transferred, Submit the withdrawl form along with a covering letter informing that U have closed that (CBOP) pf a/c
4. If U dont get refund in 45/60 (from the date of submission) file RTI application for status of your claim. You have to follow Central Govt. RTI Rules for payment of fees.
Please refer to the blog:http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...nd-refund.html for a suggested format.
For detailed information on how to draft & file an RTI application, please see the "All About RTI" links on the homepage & RTI Guide section of the portal.
Possibly this info will be of good help to you
regards
