U can apply with PIO of Local development authority for this information .

Your RTI application has to be as per the Uttarakhand Govt. RTI rules and fees.Please see:

Your RTI Application needs to be addressed to the State Public Information Officer (SPIO or PIO ).

While filing any RTI application please remember:

1) Make sure you ask for information not for opinions/clarifications.
2) Never forget to sign your Application
3) Check the relevant RTI Rules regarding fees and make payment accordingly.
4) Your RTI application must serve any purpose(good)either to you or to the public.
5)Application must be sent by Registered or Speed post so that you have a proof of delivery or you can submit it personally in PIO 's office after receiving due acknowledgment.

Dear Friends I want to know the Rules of R T I of State Uttarakhand , is it same to rules of Uttara pradesh ? The other information ...... The fees of State Uttarakahad is same to other State? like every state has there own fees.... Is I appeal on-line also?

Dear Chitranjali

RTI application be filed online if U have mail Id of PIO but for payment of RTI fee U ll have to use traditional methods so better use traditional method ( RTI application by speed/registered post).
