Model Answer Key is disclosable but evaluated answer sheets have to wait

In a recent order, CIC has allowed disclosure of Model Answer key but has reserved the decision on disclosure of evaluated answer scripts.

The model answer key was allowed to be disclosed based on the order of the Delhi High Court dated 17 April 2007 - UPSC v/s CIC & Ors.

The decision on disclosure of evaluated answer sheet was reserved since the Supreme Court has granted a stay to the Kolkata High Court order. Please see: http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/3232-a...ata+high+court (Answer script suit in high court)
