sir i need to draw a RTI application on High Court - Ahmedabad to seek certified copies of documents pertaining to a certain case.

I need guidance in drafting the application and also need guidance in how to pay the RTI application fees since i am in mumbai and i had heard that RTI application to guharat fees has to be paid in cash

U can try by sending IPO/M.O. for payment of RTI fee as mode of payment not is specified

Every High COurt frames its own RTI Rules. You need to follow the RTI rules of the High Court and not of Gujarat state. The link is mentioned in post # 2 above.
