This is regarding purchase of housing flat in a redevlopement of MHADA society. The builder confirms of having received approved plan copy till 5th floor of the seven storey building. The building is fully constructed till 7th floor & terrace and is almost ready for possession. The sale deed agreeement is also made & registered. Is it safe to make balance payment & take posession for the flat on seventh floor? Whom to approach for validation? |
