Good Morning to All !

I am marine engineer and I have rented my flat to my tenant in 2001 with out any agreement in Visakhapatnam. When I asked him to vacate my flat he filed a case in my absense ( when I was sailing at high seas ) and before I return India ( home ) the Honb'l court respected my stupid tenant with an Ex party decree.

How did court give him ex party decree with out serving proper notices to me?

Even though I have all the evidences that during the entair duration of his ( my tenant ) suit right from starting till he got Decree I was out side India. My lawyer not in position to take the advantage of this good legal point and he even failed to move the case even by half an inch since Jan'09.

Where should I go for justice ?

Should I need to change my Lawyer ?

My tenant stopped paying flat maitenance since November'08 and rent since May'08. What can I do about it?

Is there any Govt organization/ private organization to help me out in this critical times?

I have filed Evection suit in March'09 but is going very slow in fact nothing happened yet .....Our Honb'l court taking promt and proper time to consider my suit but For my tenats suit it acted very quickly and given him ex party decree in just 90 days with out serving notices to me! See how fast is our ( Indian ) Legal system and Indian Lawyers do justice to unjestice?

Falt owner's association given letter confirming that my tenant is a cheet. My tenant noy paying rent since May'08 and not paying maintenance charges from November'08. He filed wrong suit aganist me and got decree.

How and where should I complain about this unjestice and with whom?

Dear members please help me out in this matter because I have been wasting my time since Jan'09 for this stupid case due to dirty Indian legal system.
