citizen's facilitation centre around Kharadi

I want to apply for a Ration Card in Pune and came to know that under the new rules application need to be submitted in citizen's facilitation centre.
I stay in chandan nagar near kharadi. please let me know if any one is aware of citizen's facilitation centre around Kharadi Viman Nagar Chandannagar
